The cathodic electrodeposition (CED) process ensures coat quality, resistance and economic efficiency. A KTL coat can be used both as a final and priming coat, e.g. for powder coats.
The cathodic dip coating method is used to coat components requiring high-level anti-corrosion protection, for example, car bodies, car parts, device and machinery enclosures, etc.

Benefits:
- high resistance to corrosion at low paint thickness (15 - 55 μm);
- possibility to coat complex geometry parts;
- uniform coat thickness on the entire surface;
- process repeatability
